l have been working in fitness and mananging gyms since 2005. There are many great ways to help keep you fit but I like to use kettlebells as I belive they are the most efficient tool.  I also like to incorporate body weight exercises and mobility movement.  Nutrition is also a very important component in achieving your health and fitness goals.  I am very passionate about a healthy balance between food and exercise and like to pass on my knowledge to others.
