Initial weigh-in with “starting point” measurements: BMI, body fat percentage, skinfolds (optional) and resting heart rate/blood pressure;


Food diary with dietary advice; Whilst exercise is important you will find healthy eating habits can provide a significant boost to your fitness program;


Initial Personal Training consultation with a PT; You will have a program tailored to your unique requirements – a 4 week step by step program, guaranteed to deliver results. Whether it is a weight loss goal, overall fitness or training for a specific event, our expert Trainers will be able to provide step by step instructions to help you on the way. Best of all the goals will be SMART!


Follow-up PT session: After 2 weeks let’s get together with your PT and make sure you are on track to achieve your objectives:

As health and fitness is not a 4 week program, your Personal Trainer will provide advice regarding a sustainable program that you can use for the long term.
