360 is a Zoom Fitness signature program offering both functional strength and release sessions. In a group of no more than 10 participants, you will push, pull, lift and throw your way to breaking boundaries, creating a stronger, fitter and more balanced YOU. 

HIIT it HARD with a variety of bodyweight movements in interval format to get your heart pumping and brow sweating. Expect high intensity! If you would love to increase your stamina and decrease your body fat, grab a spot in one of these classes.

HardCore won’t guarantee you a 6-pack, but will guarantee strengthening of your belly and butt muscles. If you would love to feel stronger, more balanced and more able to lift heavier things, this class is for you!

Mat Pilates is a blend of strength and flexibility movements that will improve your posture, reduce your stress. Come along on Wednesday evening to engage your body in mindful movement!
